How to add users

This article explains how to add users to your plans:


Step 1: Send an email providing the new users' email address(es) to hello@blvsolutions.com 


Step 2: We will action your request:

  • Complete their IT set up 

    • We can usually do this on our end, if your initial IT set up was completed at a tenant level

  • Send the new user(s) an onboarding email

  • Add the new user(s) to your subscription 


Note: Once we have actioned the request, we will notify you via email.
