How to change users

This article explains how to change users (e.g. switch one user with another):

Step 1: Send an email providing the email address(es) of the users you would like to switch to hello@blvsolutions.com 

Step 2: We will action your request:

• Complete the IT set up for the new user and remove polling for the old user

  • We can usually do this on our end, if your initial IT set up was completed at a tenant level

• Send the new user(s) an onboarding email

Note: Once we have actioned the request, we will notify you via email.
