What to do if I haven’t received my file note?

If you have not received your file note, it is worth checking the following things first:

  • Meeting was not recorded
  • In Teams, adviser pressed 'Started' Transcription' rather than 'Start Recording'
  • In Zoom, adviser 'Recorded Locally' rather then 'Recording to the Cloud'
  • Recording is less than 1 minute in duration
  • Meeting was recorded within the last 3 hours and has not been generated yet

  • Meeting name
  • Meeting date
  • Meeting time
