If you have not received your file note, it is worth checking the following things first:
- Meeting was not recorded
- In Teams, adviser pressed 'Started' Transcription' rather than 'Start Recording'
- In Zoom, adviser 'Recorded Locally' rather then 'Recording to the Cloud'
- Recording is less than 1 minute in duration
- Meeting was recorded within the last 3 hours and has not been generated yet

- Meeting name
- Meeting date
- Meeting time
