How to Trigger the Correct Output Using Key Words in Teams (Phone App Version)
- Launch Teams: Open the Microsoft Teams app on your phone.

- Access Calendar: Tap the Calendar icon located in the bottom navigation bar.

- Initiate "Meet Now": Tap the Video Recording/Camera icon (usually in the top-right corner) and select Meet Now.

- Assign Keywords: Before tapping "Start Meeting," look at the Meeting Name field. Delete the default text and enter your specific keyword (e.g., "Discovery - Jones Family" or "Strategy Session").

Important Reminder
You must update the meeting name before you start the recording for the engine to catch the trigger. If you accidentally trigger the wrong template, you can manually re-trigger the correct one within the Filenote AI platform once the recording has finished processing.
