Record phone calls and upload into Microsoft Teams
iPhone - the latest iPhone update (iOS 18.0 or later) now enables you to record your phone calls. The audio files generated can be uploaded into Microsoft Teams to enable filenote.ai to generate your artefacts
Office phone system - some advisers record all phone calls via their office phone system. The audio files generated can be uploaded into Microsoft Teams to enable filenote.ai to generate your artefacts
We support the upload of the following audio files into Microsoft Teams: wav, mp4, m4a, mp3, wma formats. Filenote.ai will automatically retrieve audio files uploaded and generate your artefacts
Other options
Some advisers have been recording phone calls by placing the phone on speaker, and recording the discussion between them and their client by creating a Teams/Zoom meeting and clicking record
For unplanned phone calls you could not record, you can create a meeting with yourself in Teams or Zoom, to record a summary of the client discussion following the call
