Can I exclude certain meetings from being retrieved?

By default, filenote.ai will retrieve all recordings each day however if there are only certain meetings you’d like to include or meetings you’d like to exclude, we can configure it using key words.

For example, we can exclude meetings based on keywords in the meeting name such as ‘internal, training, team meeting’ OR, we can include only the meetings you would like us to include. For example, we can look for key words such as ‘review, SOA, discovery’ in the meeting name.

To set this up, simply add your key words to include or exclude into our filenote.ai Configuration Questionnaire. We will action this for you by the end of the same day.
