How You Can Personalise Your Templates

Many advisers choose to customise their templates to better align with their firm’s specialisations or brand identity. Common requests include:

• Custom Categories: Add specific sections relevant to your advice areas, such as SMSF, Aged Care, or Estate Planning.

• Static Text: Include hard-coded "boilerplate" text or disclosures that need to appear on every file note automatically.

• Brand Alignment: Integrate your firm’s logo, specific fonts, and brand styling for a consistent, professional look.

If you have established documents that work for your team, we can upload them to Filenote AI for you. Examples include:

How to Customise your Templates

To get your custom templates into production, follow these three simple steps:

1. Mark Up Your Changes: Take one of our existing file note templates and highlight or comment on the specific changes you would like to see.

2. Submit Your Request: Send your marked-up document(s) via email to hello@blvsolutions.com.

3. Go Live: The Filenote AI team will implement the changes and deploy your new, customised template directly into your production environment, ready for your use.
