How to Update Your Payment Method


Updating your payment details, downloading invoices, and reviewing your billing history can all be done directly through the Filenote AI Client Portal.


Important Note: For security purposes, only the designated Account Owner has the necessary permissions to change payment methods or access billing records.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Client Portal: Click Client Portal, or go to filenote.ai and scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on the Client Portal link located in the footer.

  2. Log In: Enter the email address specifically associated with the Account Owner profile. 

  3. Access the Billing Portal: Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to the Billing Portal.

  4. Update Your Details: From here, you can select the option to update your payment type, add new billing information, or view your past invoices and billing history.


Troubleshooting

  • Don't have access? If you log in and cannot see the billing section, you likely do not have Account Owner privileges. You will need to ask the current Account Owner to log in and make the updates on behalf of your company.

  • Need to change the Account Owner? If the person who originally set up the account is no longer with your organization or if you're not sure who your account owner is, simply contact our support team (support@blvsolutions.com) to verify your identity and update the primary email address on file.
