How to Record an Online Meeting (using Zoom app on Desktop)

This article explains how to record an online meeting using your Zoom app on your Desktop

Step 1: Log on to Zoom App on Desktop

Step 2: Select the meeting you wish to join online

Select join with computer audio

Step 3: If required, rename the meeting using appropriate key words to trigger the correct artefacts

Go to 'green tick' (top right of screen) and enter the correct key words

Step 4: Select 'Record' and then 'Record to the cloud'

Note: Please DO NOT press 'Record on this Computer' as we can not retrieve these recordings automatically

Step 5: Select 'End meeting for all' at the end of your meeting
