How to Record an In-Person Meeting (using Zoom app on Desktop)

This article explains how to record an in-person meeting using your Zoom app on your Desktop

Step 1: Log on to Zoom App on Desktop

Step 2: Select 'New meeting' to join a new meeting

• Select join with computer audio

Step 3:  If required, rename the meeting using appropriate key words to trigger the correct artefacts

• Go to 'green tick' (top right of screen) and enter the correct key words

Step 4: Select 'Record' and then 'Record to the cloud' 

Step 5: Select 'End meeting for all' at the end of your meeting
