Re-run a Recording with a Different Template
Follow these steps to re-run your recording with a different Filenote AI output:

Step 1 — Go to Tasks
Open the Filenote AI Platform and navigate to the Tasks section.
Step 2 — Select Relevant Task
Click on the specific task/recording you wish to update.
Step 3 — Re-run Template
Select the "Re-run" option:
Step 4 — Choose your desired template
Choose your desired template from the menu:
What happens next?
Wait for Processing
The system will re-process the audio against your new template.
Access Updated Output
Your new notes will appear in the Task View.
Review, Edit & Finalise
Review the content and edit if needed.
